Gallery Manager

Create unlimited galleries under each service type. Every gallery holds the photos for one venue or event.

Create a New Gallery

You can create as many galleries as you'd like under this service type. Each one gets its own photo collection.

Photo Files

Drop photos into the photos/ folder, then list their filenames here in the order you want them to appear. Hit “Save & Download” to generate your updated gallery-data.json.

Add New Gallery

Replace the existing gallery-data.json in your website folder with the downloaded file.

Export & Publish

Push your gallery changes to every device — desktop, mobile, and tablet.

Publish to Netlify

Your photos are saved in this browser only. Use the steps below to get them onto your live Netlify site — do not touch index.html, only gallery-data.json changes.

Click Export for Netlify below. It compresses your photos at full quality and packages everything into one zip file. Takes 2–5 minutes.

Double-click the downloaded zip → Extract All → choose your Special Event Website folder as the destination. Click Replace All when asked.

Drag the Special Event Website folder to your Netlify site's Deploys tab. Done — all photos will appear at full quality on the live site.
