ANDREW FARAH
CEO
As an effective visionary with a world class design and production team, Andrew leads the masterminding of the Special Event Resource and Design Group.

Andrew’s career span includes management and executive leadership of the successful production of hundreds of regional and national events, hospitality services, conferences, and live touring theatrical performance. The culmination of his talents led to the sale of a former business noted as being in the top 10% of its industry nationwide.

Andrew’s 360 degree understanding of event production, sophisticated experience, and his passion for hospitality led him to the event design and resource industry. Under Andrew’s leadership, the Special Event Resource and Design Group thrives in trusted and loyal relationships with the companies A-list clientele, partners and professional companies within the industry.

KIMBERLY FARAH
PRESIDENT
Kimberly is a lifelong entrepreneur, producer, artistic director, and served as founder and President of The R.Ed.I. Arts and Education Foundation. She has conceived and produced both national and regional events and conferences. She served as a panelist for NIU College of Business, Woman Entrepreneurs, is the recipient of the Outstanding Contribution Award from the Illinois Arts Council and was twice nominated for the Governor’s Award for the Arts. She has authored the book, Embracing the Dream, lectured for Columbia College, Chicago and St. Mary’s College, Notre Dame, IN. and a former member of VISTAGE Chief Executive Leadership Program.

Kimberly Farah began in the event design and resource industry under the fine tutelage of renowned New York and Palm Beach designer S. Michael Ereshena. Originally, a performing arts professional, Kimberly was known for creating live events that captivated audiences. Dressing a stage to provide an audience with an unparalleled experience honed and fostered her understanding of creating extraordinary and memorable events: An art that is priceless in the event industry.

CAMERON KEATING
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Cameron’s decedents settled in Palm Beach in the 1920’s during the boom. He has
continued his family’s Palm Beach legacy by producing some of the largest and most lavish weddings and events for the world elite. He has built powerful and trusted relationships with his clients who are passionate about their events.

Impeccable taste coupled with the Cameron “twist” have delighted the most discerning
clients. His work has been featured in Wedding Style, Inside Weddings, Modern Luxury
Bride, Palm Beach Illustrated and Weddings Illustrated Magazine to name a few.

His attention to detail and vision for trends made him one of the top designers in South
Florida. After spending 17 years at The Breakers, he decided he wanted to spread his wings
and venture out on his own. In 2013 Cameron opened his namesake endeavor, Cameron
Keating Event Design. Craving a world class team to produce his creations he joined The
Special Event Resource and Design Group as a Senior Designer and National Sales Director.

PATRICK SCHMITZ
FLORAL DIRECTOR, FLORAL AND EVENT DESIGN
Patrick began his industry experience as a Floral Designer.

Serving as a personal floral and event designer, with opportunities to create events in Venice, Florence, Istanbul and Beverly Hills, Patrick was celebrated.

Patrick joined The Special Event Resource and Design Group in 2010 and serves the company as Floral Director and Designer. He plays an integral role in the design and production of the regions most celebrated charity, social and corporate events.

Patrick believes no detail is to be overlooked; detail is the root of extraordinary creativity. With each new opportunity, Patrick is committed to exceeding his clients’ expectations with dedication to a beautiful and stylish design.
